The region of Espionage has been abandoned due to inactivity. At least it was. Currently, a puppet nation of New Emperica serves as the sole employee of the Espion Maintenance Service. It will keep the region alive for the rest of the founders' NationStates lives. The region now serves as a private region for the three founders. Please pay your respects in the comments of this post.
